Prior to launching her Consulting practice, Maxine’s corporate career included senior level HR/Talent Acquisition roles in organizations such as Motorola, Pfizer, Sony Electronics, Life Technologies, MTA New York NYC Transit

 

EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS:

 

Maxine earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marymount Manhattan College, New York, and has completed graduate course work at Cornell University and New York Institute of Technology in Labor and Industrial Relations. She is a certified DISC Facilitator and Life/Career Coach and a graduate of the Leadership Southern California Network. She is the Past President of the California Diversity Council San Diego and Past Secretary for the North County HR-SD Board.

 

Maxine is very passionate about giving back to her community and being involved in social causes she is currently a member of the Friends of New Heaven—Reclaiming Youth Restoring Hope; Walks annually Susan G. Komen “Walk for the Cure” and facilitates Youth Empowerment workshops for at risk youth.
